Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Requests made after this window cannot be accepted.
Condition
Items must be unworn, original tags attached to qualify for a return — unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
How to Start a Return
Email support@aeriii.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll confirm eligibility and send return instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process a refund to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer.
Exchanges
For a different size, the fastest option is to return your original item and place a new order — this avoids delays tied to inventory availability.
Non-Returnable Items
Items marked final sale at the time of purchase, and items showing signs of wear, are not eligible for return.
